Welcome to Vrolijk Kinderopvang Almere Oosterwold, our small-scale green childcare center located at Burchard de Volderstraat 44 in Almere Oosterwold. We provide care for up to 31 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location is situated diagonally opposite the ecological primary school 'de Verbeelding', in the middle of a green environment where children have plenty of space to play, discover and grow. At Vrolijk, we work from a holistic vision where learning and caring are seen as one whole. Play is our starting point and development follows naturally. We believe that nature is the perfect environment for children to develop. Their senses are stimulated by the outdoor air and children learn to think creatively through their own play. Sustainability is central to our daily practice. We involve children in preparing healthy, seasonal and plant-based meals. Together we harvest vegetables from our own vegetable garden and teach children where their food comes from. Daily we sing, read aloud, do crafts and draw. Outdoor play is an important part of our day: running, cycling, moving and discovering in nature. Our experienced pedagogical staff provide each child with personal attention in a safe and familiar environment. We use Bitcare to keep parents informed about their child's daily activities and developments. At Vrolijk, your child gets the peace and space to learn about themselves and their place in the world. Together with the children, we contribute to a better world, starting here in our small community.
