Voorschool De Speeltuin

Welcome to Voorschool De Speeltuin, located at Quellijnstraat 62 in the heart of Amsterdam. We are a small-scale preschool where a maximum of 16 children per day get the space to play, discover and grow. With us, everything revolves around the pleasure and personal development of your child. We offer a safe and stimulating environment where toddlers aged 2 to 4 learn through play and are prepared for primary school. Our preschool is specifically designed for children who are not yet in school, but are ready for a challenging environment with peers. We work with a clear daily structure in which play, relaxation and development alternate. The pedagogical staff of Dynamo guide the children with great attention and care, so that each child can develop at his or her own pace. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:50 PM. During these mornings we offer a varied program in which language development is central. Through stories, songs and conversations we stimulate the children's language skills. We work in small groups so that we can connect well with the experience world of each child. At Voorschool De Speeltuin we find it important that children feel safe and at home. We have a homely atmosphere with different corners where children can play, craft or quietly read a book. Our space is tailored to young children, with attention to safety and challenge. We cordially invite you to come and take a look. From mid-February you are welcome to visit our preschool together with your child. This way you can experience how we work and whether our preschool meets the needs of your family.
