Vondel

Peuteropvang Vondel is located within the Vondel primary school at Vondellaan 44 in Roosendaal and is part of Kober childcare. We provide care for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years in a safe, colorful environment where play, learning and development are central. Our pedagogical staff work in a horizontal group, meaning children are grouped by age to support development appropriate to their stage. Everything we do is about growing together. We sing songs together, do arts and crafts with various materials, play in the home corner and make frequent use of the school gym for movement activities. We also pay special attention to different cultures, for example by celebrating special holidays or exploring traditional clothing. We offer extended early childhood education (VVE), including a language-rich children's lunch. We consciously work on language skills by naming objects on the table or counting together. Our outdoor space is safe and inviting, with plenty of opportunities to play and explore. We believe it's important that children feel at home with us and that parents are involved in their child's development. That's why we keep parents informed about their child's experiences through the Parent App and are happy to provide tips for development at home.
