Vlindertuin Leiden

Welcome to Partou daycare centre Vlindertuin, located at Louise Hardenbergsingel 2 in Leiden’s Dobbewijk-Noord district. We provide care for 48 children aged 0 to 4 years, divided into baby, toddler and pre-school groups. Our setting features a spacious ‘discovery garden’ where children explore nature, vegetables and flowers through play. We follow the Dutch Early Childhood Education programme ‘Startblokken’, offering language, numeracy and social skills in a playful way. Music and movement are key elements of our daily routine: baby-yoga, toddler dance and singing are regular activities. For the youngest ones our qualified staff create a calm, secure environment with separate sleep rooms and air-purification in the baby unit. Everything is included: nappies, wipes, hot organic lunch, fresh fruit and drinks. Children with allergies are welcome; we tailor meals and care to individual needs. Parents receive photos, reports and messages through the Partou app, keeping you updated on your child’s day. In short, at Partou Vlindertuin your child has every opportunity to grow, play and discover in a safe, homely atmosphere.
