Villa Bambini

Welcome to Villa Bambini, the nicest daycare centre in Amstelveen! Since 2010 we have been providing childcare for babies and toddlers aged 0 to 4 in a charming villa at Amsterdamseweg 466. Our corner building has been converted into a spacious location with its own garden and roof terrace, where children feel safe and at home. At Villa Bambini we work with four horizontal groups: one baby group (Blue), two junior toddler groups (Green and Orange) and one senior toddler group (Red). This allows us to optimally follow and stimulate each child's development. We believe it is important that children can develop by playing, learning, eating, sleeping, doing crafts, making music, dancing and, above all, laughing a lot. Our meals include a hot, organic lunch three times a week from Moekes Maaltijd, freshly prepared and 95% organic. On Tuesdays and Fridays we serve bread meals. We take allergies and vegetarian preferences into account. For the youngest we provide bottle feeding and related care. Parents can use our parent portal app to gain insight into their child's daily activities and to swap days or request extra days. Swapping is unlimited, as long as it falls within two weeks and there is sufficient space. The atmosphere at Villa Bambini is relaxed and open. We stand for a personal approach: parents can always drop by for a cup of coffee and a chat. We work with a fixed team of pedagogical staff, so that children and parents see familiar faces. We are proud of our homely atmosphere, in which every child is unique and has the space to be themselves.
