Thuizzz IKC de Vuurbaak

Thuizzz IKC de Vuurbaak is a Christian daycare centre officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 298040773 since 3 July 2025. We are located on the ground floor of primary school De Vuurbaak at Almerelaan 18 in Urk, where we care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years in a safe, homely atmosphere. Our location is part of the intensive collaboration between Christian childcare organisation Thuizzz and De Vuurbaak primary school. Together we are working on a continuous care and development line for children aged 0 to 12 years within one integral child centre (IKC). From our shared Christian identity, we want every child to feel welcome, heard and loved. For the very youngest, we offer horizontal groups where children come together in age groups. Our pedagogical professionals have received excellent training and have an eye for each child's unique talents. We provide pre-school education (VE) using the Uk en Puk programme, through which we stimulate language and speech development in a playful way. There is also room for arts and crafts and creative activities in our corners. Our team consists of experienced pedagogical professionals who care for your child with passion and love every day. We strive to make Thuizzz IKC de Vuurbaak a second home where children enjoy coming and can develop safely.
