Thuishuis Ninimini

Thuishuis NiniMini Musselkanaal opened in September 2024 in the beautiful Jabes Church at Hibiscusstraat 1. We are a small-scale daycare centre welcoming up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 at any one time. Our bright indoor play area is divided into clear zones: construction corner, home corner, craft table and a quiet baby zone with cots and play mats. Everything is at child height and has a fixed place, helping children feel at home quickly. We follow a predictable daily rhythm that offers calm and structure. Familiar songs such as “Tidy-up time” mark transitions. Each baby sleeps in its own cot; parents bring a sleeping bag, dummy and cuddly toy. Toddlers nap after lunch in our separate sleep room. Nappies, wipes and cream are included; parents provide formula. Themes guide our programme. We craft, draw and read around the current theme and make regular short trips, for example to the petting zoo or the woods, always on foot within Musselkanaal. Early-years education activities support language and numeracy development in ways that suit very young children. Our team of qualified, familiar staff know every child personally. We offer a warm, safe environment where children can develop freely. Parents are actively involved through a parent committee, newsletters and daily hand-over at pick-up and drop-off. Thuishuis NiniMini is open 47 weeks a year, Monday to Thursday 07:00–18:00. You pay only for the hours you use and can apply for childcare allowance.
