't Lutje Grut Usquert

Welcome to ’t Lutje Grut Usquert, our intimate daycare centre on the ground floor of OBS De Noordster at Burg Geerlingstraat 2 in Usquert. We provide care for up to 23 children aged 0 to 4 years, with pedagogical staff trained in caring for and guiding children from birth. For the youngest ones we have set up a quiet baby corner with a separate sleeping area, so your child can rest peacefully while you are at work. Our horizontal group structure means babies, toddlers and preschoolers are grouped by age, ensuring each developmental stage receives the attention it deserves. In addition to full-day care Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 18:00, we also offer toddler playgroups. Toddlers can join us 2 or 3 mornings a week from 08:00 to 12:00. During these mornings we run VVE groups (Early and Pre-school Education) where we stimulate language development through play and gently prepare your child for primary school. Our pedagogical staff provide engaging toddler lessons that connect with your child’s world of experience. ’t Lutje Grut is part of Stichting Goud and works closely with the primary school in the same building, giving your child a seamless transition from daycare to primary school when the time comes.
