KDV 't Kwetternest

Welcome to KDV ’t Kwetternest, located at Prins Mauritslaan 2a in the heart of Voorschoten. We provide a safe, green and welcoming place where toddlers aged 2 to 4 can spread their wings. Our home is situated in the Nassau district, centrally located among several primary schools, and surrounded by beautiful old trees that naturally shade our spacious outdoor playground. At ’t Kwetternest we work in a horizontal group with a maximum of 16 children per session. We are open five mornings a week from 08:15 to 12:15. Our large playroom features a long ‘corridor’ that gives children extra space to move, run, cycle and play. Outside they can romp in the garden, build sandcastles or explore what nature has to offer. We provide pre-school education (VVE) to all toddlers. This programme stimulates the broad development of every child: language, motor skills, social skills and self-confidence. Our experienced pedagogical staff – Louise (team leader), Jacqueline, Jorina, Marike and Marit – ensure a warm, safe atmosphere in which every child can be themselves.
