Daycare Skippy is located at Vredehofweg 25 in the heart of Kralingen, Rotterdam. As part of Stichting Kinderopvang Kralingen (SKK), we have been providing high-quality childcare for over 20 years for children aged 0 to 4. Our daycare center has four groups: two baby groups (0-2 years) and two toddler groups (2-4 years), with horizontal group structuring. At Skippy, learning through play is central. Our qualified pedagogical staff guide your child through extensive communication and explanation, while offering challenging activities in a homely environment with various play areas. We work according to our 'pedagogical circle', being conscious that the first four years of life are crucial for your child's further development. Our location features spacious, green outdoor areas where children can play and explore daily. We provide a daily sandwich lunch and parents can opt for a warm meal. Fresh fruit and healthy snacks are offered daily. For our youngest, we provide bottle feeding and diaper changes. We use a parent portal app through which parents can follow their child's day, including photos and information about sleeping, eating and drinking. Daycare Skippy is small-scale and personal, with each child having a dedicated mentor. We believe it's important that children feel safe and loved while learning and growing through play. Our location is situated among schools and close to the Kralingse forest, perfect for natural exploration.
