KDV Sinne Pikemar

Welcome to KDV Sinne Pikemar, located at Pikemar 11 in the Zuiderburen district of Leeuwarden. We are part of Sinne Kinderopvang, an organisation that has provided trusted childcare in Leeuwarden and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. At our site we offer day-care for children from 10 weeks up to 4 years of age. With a maximum capacity of 82 children, we work in a homely and safe environment where every child feels welcome. KDV Sinne Pikemar is part of the Integral Child Centre (IKC) Wynwizer. This unique collaboration between childcare and primary school ensures a continuous developmental path from baby to toddler. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to provide the very youngest with a warm and stimulating environment. We believe that every child is unique, powerful and curious. Guided by this conviction, we offer activities and experiences that match each child’s world of experience and developmental stage. At Sinne Pikemar, children’s natural curiosity is central. We provide space to explore, play and grow in a familiar setting. Thanks to the connection with IKC Wynwizer, children can move smoothly from day-care to the toddler and preschool groups, ensuring continuity and familiarity. Our site is easily accessible and has its own outdoor playground where children can enjoy fresh air and burn off energy every day.
