Welcome to Second Home Kinderopvang – Babbelz!, our intimate daycare centre located at Clemenceaustraat 12 in Almere. As part of Second Home Kinderopvang B.V., we have provided professional care for up to 16 children aged 0–4 since 20 February 2020. We work with a vertical group in which children of different ages play and learn together. This set-up gives your child the comfort of familiar faces throughout the entire pre-school period and encourages natural social development: younger children observe the older ones, while older children learn to be caring and helpful. Our qualified pedagogical staff follow the nationally recognised Early Childhood Education programme ‘Uk & Puk’. Through play we work on language, numeracy, social and motor skills, all tailored to your child’s world. We believe every child should feel seen and taken seriously. Therefore we offer room for personal initiative and guide each child step by step towards independence. At Babbelz! everything is included in one price: nappies, wipes, formula, warm meals, fruit, drinks and care products. Our pick-up and drop-off service and regular outings – from playgrounds to petting zoos – are also covered. Safety is paramount: parents access the building with a personal code and every group is monitored by camera. Our permanent, qualified staff all hold a valid first-aid certificate. We are open all year round, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including school holidays.
