Sam&gijsje

Welcome to Sam&gijsje, our daycare centre located at Heimen Dullaertstraat 12 in Deventer. Sam&gijsje is part of Sam&ko, the childcare organisation within the Raster Groep. We provide professional care for up to 56 children aged 0 to 4 years. At Sam&gijsje, movement is central. Our location is officially designated as a ‘movement location’, which means we pay extra attention to children’s motor development. The large round hall offers plenty of space for crawling, walking and playing, while the spacious outdoor playground invites children to explore and move in the fresh air. We also have outdoor cribs, so even the youngest can sleep safely and peacefully outside. Our pedagogical staff work with love and care. Parents experience that their children are seen for who they are and are allowed to be themselves. We work in clear age groups, allowing us to respond well to the developmental needs of each age. Collaboration with parents is important to us; we consult on nutrition, sleep and your child’s development and provide expert advice when desired. Sam&gijsje is a pleasant, safe place where children enjoy coming and where parents can leave their children with peace of mind.
