Risdam

Risdam is a daycare center operated by Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland, located in the Cultural Center De Huesmolen on the edge of shopping center De Huesmolen in Hoorn. We provide care for up to 32 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since June 7, 2012 under number 143416601. For over forty years, Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland has been a familiar presence in the region. We believe that childcare should be accessible to every child and that our locations make a valuable contribution to the neighborhood or community. Our dedicated childcare professionals work every day to provide each child with a familiar and safe environment where children can develop optimally. At Risdam, we work with pre-school education (VE) to stimulate children's development as effectively as possible. We believe it's important to get to know each other well in advance, which is why we offer a free settling-in period of two weeks before the contract start date. During a personal tour, parents and children get to know our location and our way of working. Our toddler group uses two specially designed rooms: the Minimolen and the Mallemolen. These specially equipped spaces provide a challenging environment where toddlers aged 2 to 4 are playfully prepared for primary school.
