KDV Glimmen IKC Quintus

KDV Glimmen IKC Quintus is located inside De Quintusschool in the green village of Glimmen. We provide daycare for up to 24 children aged 0 to 4 years. Thanks to our close partnership with the primary school, the transition from toddler to pupil is smooth and familiar. Our qualified staff follow the Uk & Puk early-years curriculum. Themes are chosen to match the seasons and the current topics of the school. Through play we foster language, motor and social skills. Every day offers development-focused activities in a bright, cheerful space with various play corners. Whenever the weather allows, we head outdoors; the surrounding woods and playgrounds become our extended classroom. Flexibility is key: you can bring your child for full or half days, from 07:00 to 18:30. We work with horizontal age groups so children play and grow in an environment suited to their stage. The location features a secure, well-fenced garden where children can run, explore and play freely. KDV Quintus is part of the Integral Child Centre (IKC) of Stichting Baasis and cooperates with Kids First.
