KDV Pukkie

KDV Pukkie is located at Du Commerce 1 in Echt, directly opposite the train station and therefore very easy to reach. We provide small-scale, professional childcare for a maximum of 16 children aged 0 to 4. Our homely premises offer no less than 200 m² of play and living space, giving every child plenty of room to play, discover and grow. At Pukkie, safety, quality and hygiene come first. We meet all requirements set by the GGD and the fire brigade and are officially recognised under LRK number 304933648. All our pedagogical staff are qualified, hold a valid paediatric first-aid certificate and an emergency response (BHV) diploma, and receive annual on-the-job coaching from our in-house childcare coach Linda Zeller. Linda is also a certified child coach and, if desired, offers additional support to children and parents. We follow the Uk & Puk method, a continuous developmental line that dovetails perfectly with primary school. Each theme ties in with the world of babies, toddlers and preschoolers and stimulates broad development: language, thinking, motor skills and social-emotional skills. To ensure a smooth transition to Year 1, we use the ‘Kijk’ observation form; primary schools continue seamlessly with this tool. Food, drinks and nappies are included and half-day care is available. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm. Thanks to our deliberately small group, we can respond flexibly to the needs of parents and children and provide truly personal attention.
