KDV Mantgum Pukkewjuk

Pukkewjuk is a small-scale toddler day-care centre operated by Kids First in the Frisian village of Mantgum. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our homely premises at Om’e Terp 21 house one vertical group in which children of different ages play and learn together. The rooms are arranged according to the experience-oriented layout of the Uk & Puk programme, allowing every child to explore at his or her own level. Outside, we have a safe, green playground that invites movement and nature experience. Our pedagogical staff follow the Pre- and Early-School Education programme Uk & Puk, focusing on language development, social skills and independence. We offer a warm, secure environment in which your toddler can prepare for primary school.
