PSZ Wilgenburg

Welcome to Psz de Wilgenburg, our cheerful toddler playgroup located in the Aa-landen district of Zwolle. We share a unique location with primary school De Wilgenburg in a modern child center at Waallaan 7. This means our toddlers participate in a real school environment every day, entirely at their own level. Everything we do revolves around playing and discovering together. We have our own spacious and bright room within the school where up to 16 toddlers (ages 2-4) can move around freely. We start the morning in a cozy circle, singing songs, making music and dancing around. Then it's time to choose: playing with dolls or cars in our educational corners, crafting and painting at the creative table, or simply romping around in the movement corner. In between we enjoy bread or fruit together, because playing makes you hungry! Outside is just as much fun. We use the large schoolyard where we can run, climb, clamber and play in the sandbox. When weather permits, we also explore the green surroundings: we walk through the park, look at plants and regularly visit the neighborhood farm to see animals. Rain? No problem! We just put on our mud boots and go outside anyway. Dirty hands are part of the fun. Our team consists of enthusiastic childcare professionals who come up with new adventures every day. We work according to the VVE program (Pre- and Early School Education) which stimulates our toddlers' development in a playful way. No day is the same, as we love listening to the surprising ideas of the children. This way we always make tomorrow even more fun than today! We are open Monday through Thursday from 08:30 to 12:30.
