Welcome to Prokino Johan Friso POV, our toddler care facility located in the main building of Christelijke Basisschool Johan Friso at Chico Mendesring 196 in Dordrecht. We provide a familiar and safe environment where children aged 2 to 4 can play with joy, develop their talents, and prepare for the big step to primary school. Our pedagogical staff challenge your child to learn through play. We achieve this by talking together, reading books, singing songs, and doing crafts. Outside, there are plenty of opportunities to play in our outdoor space with various materials such as bikes, cars, balls, and sidewalk chalk. Here, children learn through play how to play together with others, listen to each other, and share with each other. We work with the Pyramid program and Early Childhood Education (VE) to stimulate your child's development. Through language games and play activities with other children, your child develops not only cognitively but also socially and emotionally. Our collaboration with Christelijke Basisschool Johan Friso ensures that all activities are aligned with the primary school, allowing children from age four to transition with a solid foundation. With space for a maximum of 16 children, we can provide extra attention and guidance to children who need it. We believe in small-scale care and personal attention for each child.
