Prins Johan Frisoschool

Welcome to the daycare center of IKC Prins Johan Friso located at Grettingalaan 43 in Harlingen. We are part of the Integral Child Center Prins Johan Friso, where education and childcare seamlessly connect. Our daycare facility provides care for 42 children aged 0 to 4 years. We collaborate closely with Stichting Kinderopvang NWF to provide high-quality childcare in a familiar environment. Our pedagogical staff are specialized in young children's development and create a safe and stimulating environment where children can grow and discover. For children aged 2 to 4 years, we offer preschool education (VVE) within our toddler care. Through playful activities, we stimulate the development of social skills, language, and motor skills. This form of early education provides excellent preparation for primary school. Our opening hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible childcare available by arrangement. We use a horizontal group structure, where children are cared for in age groups. This ensures a targeted approach that meets the specific needs of each age stage. As parents, you pay a personal contribution for childcare, and you may be eligible for childcare allowance depending on your income.
