KDV POV IKC de Legeaën

KDV POV IKC de Legeaën is located inside the modern Mienskipsskoalle De Legeaën building, surrounded by the wide-open landscape of the Lege Geaën in Sibrandabuorren. Since August 2020 we have provided day-care for children aged 0 to 4 years. The centre has 32 places and works in small, age-specific groups so that every child receives the personal attention they deserve. As part of Stichting Kinderopvang Friesland we combine childcare, education and development under one roof. The IKC concept means that children from 0 to 13 years can come to one location for toddler care, primary school and after-school care. For our youngest children this means a warm, safe environment in which they can grow through play, while parents have the reassurance of one familiar place for all their children. The natural surroundings around our building offer countless opportunities for outdoor play and discovery. We are literally situated in the heart of nature and the community, allowing children to grow up with a strong sense of connection to their environment. Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready every day to give your child a safe, loving and stimulating day. We work closely with the primary school within the same building, ensuring a smooth transition to primary school when your child turns four.
