POV De Driepas

Welcome to POV De Driepas, located in the heart of Echt at Mispelstraat 1. We are a toddler care facility operated by Stichting Kinderopvang Roermond, Echt-Susteren and Maasgouw (SKR/SKEM), providing care for children aged 2 to 4 years. Our facility is situated within the De Driepas primary school building, with which we maintain close collaboration, ensuring a smooth transition from toddler care to primary education. At POV De Driepas, everything revolves around stimulating the development of young children. We provide a safe and familiar environment where toddlers can explore, discover and play. Our pedagogical staff guide children in their play and encourage them to do things themselves. We pay special attention to language development, as language forms the foundation for all further development. Through stories, songs and conversations during play, we expand children's vocabulary and communication skills. Our spacious location offers ample opportunities for both indoor and outdoor play. We have our own outdoor playground where children can run, climb and romp. Indoors, we offer creative activities such as crafts and drawing, allowing children's imagination to run free. We work with themes that connect to children's experiences, such as seasons, animals and transportation. Care is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:30 to 12:30. We offer both half-day and full-day care options, tailored to parents' needs. Our facility is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 164891286 and accommodates up to 16 children. This small-scale approach ensures personal attention and a homely atmosphere. We believe every child has unique talents, and it's our task to discover and develop these talents. Together with parents, we create a strong foundation for each child's future. Our mission is to give children space to explore, discover and play, so they can grow with confidence and joy.
