Peuterspeelzaal Kiekeboe

Peuterspeelzaal Kiekeboe is located at Ferdinand Bolstraat 8 in Alblasserdam and is specially designed for children aged 2 to 4. We are a playgroup where children explore the world through play two mornings a week. Our programme revolves around themes that connect with toddlers’ everyday experiences: we sing, talk, read and create around each theme. Children also have plenty of opportunities to engage with developmental materials and enjoy our various play corners. Every session includes outdoor play in our secure garden. Each morning your child brings a small bag with a cup or drink carton. We share fruit together and tidy up as a group at the end of the session. We welcome a maximum of 16 children per session, guided by two consistent staff members. By providing calm and predictable routines we ensure every child feels safe and at home. Registration is possible from the age of 1 using our enrolment form. About a month before your child’s first day you will receive a contract, and roughly two weeks beforehand the mentor will invite you for an introductory visit with the teacher and classroom. Since 1 January 2018 Peuterspeelzaal Kiekeboe operates under the Childcare Act, allowing eligible parents to apply for childcare allowance. We are part of the Reformed Playgroups Foundation Alblasserdam and are committed to offering a loving, secure environment where your toddler can flourish.
