Peuterspeelzaal De Lepelaar is located on the ground floor of primary school De Lepelaar at Kempenaar 14-58 in Lelystad. We provide professional toddler care for children from 2 years old in a small-scale setting with a maximum of 16 places. Our team of enthusiastic pedagogical staff has extensive knowledge about the development of children aged 2 to 4 years. We work with a high-quality professional VVE program (Pre-school and Early Education). This means we offer targeted activities that stimulate your child's language development and other developmental areas. We pay great attention to the autonomy of individual children and tailor our activities to the toddlers' world of experience. The toddler care is open during two sessions: morning from 8:30-12:00 and afternoon from 12:45-15:30. You can choose for 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week. For children with a VVE indication, there is the possibility to attend the toddler care for 16 hours per week from 2.5 years old. These extra hours are free when sufficient placement possibilities are available. We work closely with primary school De Lepelaar, with whom we share the building. This ensures a good continuous line between toddler care and primary education. Your child can thus become familiar with the school environment at an early stage.
