Welcome to toddler care ’t Kwetternest, located inside Kindcentrum St. Jan at Pastoor Verhoeffpark 113 in the centre of Breezand. We are a small-scale, safe toddler group for children aged 2 to 4, where development happens naturally through play. Our qualified pedagogical staff follow the Early Childhood Education programme (VE) using the Uk & Puk method, focusing on language, social-emotional skills and motor development. Every six weeks we start a new theme—such as ‘My Family and Me’ or ‘Enjoy Your Meal!’—and fill the days with singing, dancing, crafts, building and story time. Outside, children enjoy a spacious playground where they can run, cycle and climb. Diapers and a healthy piece of fruit or vegetable snack are included. Through our parent portal we keep you updated with photos and a short daily report. We are open three mornings a week and work closely with St. Jan primary school to ensure a smooth transition to primary education.
