Peuteropvang 't Heggekwarteerke

Peuteropvang 't Heggekwarteerke is located at Belvauer 62 in Landgraaf and is part of Stichting Flow Kinderopvang. We provide toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years, with a maximum of 16 children per day. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 284529515 since January 1, 2017. We focus on pre- and early-school education (VVE). We work with the VVE program 'Speelplezier' (Playful Fun), where play is central and language is offered in a playful way. Our pedagogically trained staff pay attention to all developmental areas of the children. Through themes that connect with children's experiences, we give new words and concepts meaning. Any language and developmental delays are quickly identified and addressed. Where necessary, we involve specialists such as speech therapists or youth healthcare. We maintain a healthy nutrition policy based on the guidelines of the 'Schijf van Vijf' (Wheel of Five) from the Nutrition Center. Our toddlers are offered healthy food and we encourage plenty of exercise. We provide 16 hours of toddler care per week, spread over 40 weeks per year. Parents stay involved through our parent portal and parent app. Through photos and messages, you are always informed about your child's experiences. You can also easily report your child absent via the app and send messages to the group. Periodically, mentor conversations take place in which we discuss your child's development. During drop-off and pick-up moments, we ensure personal handover.
