Peutercombi voorschool Botteloef

Peutercombi preschool De Botteloef is part of Combiwel voor Kinderen and is located on the ground floor of primary school De Botteloef at Overslag 1 in Amsterdam North. In this spacious preschool with plenty of greenery we welcome toddlers aged 2 to 4. We work in small groups of up to 15 children, ensuring every child receives the personal attention they deserve. Our programme is designed to prepare children for primary school through play. We use various themes, with special attention to language skills and overall development. Our approach and content seamlessly connect to the methods and practices used in groups 1 and 2 of the primary school. This gives toddlers a familiar transition: the same location, the same faces, and a preschool approach that aligns with what they will encounter next. We are open 52 weeks a year on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Parents decide how often their child attends; half-days are always possible. Thanks to close collaboration with primary school De Botteloef, we familiarise children with the school environment and the pedagogical staff who will later be in their classroom. This way, every child starts group 1 with confidence and a head start.
