Welcome to Partou KDV Casembrootstraat 58, our small-scale daycare center located in primary school De Vliegende Hollander in IJmuiden. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years in a safe and homely environment. Our pedagogical staff work with horizontal groups, where children come together in age groups. Pre-school education (VE) is central to our approach. We stimulate children playfully in their development in areas such as language, mathematics, motor skills and social-emotional skills. Our cozy group room is set up with different theme corners such as a doll corner and a supermarket, where children can discover role-play. We sing and make music together, as music is an important part of our daily activities. Moving and discovering happens both indoors and outdoors. We go outside every day to play in the sandbox, cycle in the square or go on adventures together. We regularly make trips to the playground or the library in the neighborhood. We organize fun workshops such as 'Fitte Aapjes', where children dance to cheerful music. Our location works with its own app through which parents can follow their child's day. We believe it is important that parents are involved in their child's development. That's why we share daily photos and messages via the app, so parents can experience their child's adventures. We offer flexible childcare options, including half days. Our extended toddler care is available from 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM, aligned with school hours. This makes the transition to primary school later smoother. Together with primary school De Vliegende Hollander, we create a place where childcare and education are offered from one vision.
