Welcome to Oya's Childcare Amstel, our brand new location at Rademakerstraat 223 in the heart of Amsterdam East. In this warm and bright facility, we provide the highest quality daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years. With space for up to 56 children, we create a safe and familiar environment where your little miracle has all the room to develop to their full potential. Our pedagogical vision is based on established knowledge about child development and best practices, combined with healthy, practical common sense. We believe that every child is unique and deserves to develop at their own pace. That's why we work with small groups and maintain a consistent daily structure that provides peace and predictability, while remaining flexible to each child's individual needs. A typical day with us starts with free play from 7:30 to 9:30 AM, followed by sharing fruit together and reviewing the daily schedule using pictograms. We then begin our activities specifically tailored to your child's age and developmental stage: making music, arts and crafts, reading, yoga, developing language skills and fine motor skills. In between, we enjoy outdoor sports and games in our secure garden. We serve a daily warm, organic meal freshly prepared by Madaga, including snacks and drinks. For the littlest ones, we naturally provide diapers and bottle feeding. Our spaces are specially designed to challenge children in their development. We have separate sleeping rooms where children can rest peacefully from 12:30 to 2:30 PM, and a large garden where they can romp and discover. All our pedagogical staff are qualified and work with great love and dedication to your child's development. We provide an environment where children feel emotionally and physically free to explore the world, while we stimulate their well-being, self-expression, and social skills.
