Peuteropvang Op 't Veld

Op 't Veld is a small public primary school with toddler care in the village of Barger-Oosterveld (municipality of Emmen). Children aged 2.5 to 4 years are welcome at our toddler care, also known as preschool. At toddler care, toddlers learn to explore the world with peers in a safe environment. The toddler care is the place where children can grow, flourish and develop. Our professional (pedagogical) staff are ready every day to give your child a wonderful day and guide them in their development. They do this with a lot of passion and even more pleasure. We are there for your child, the whole family and the environment, because parenting... we do it together. Our location is open during school weeks. Because the toddler care is located in the same building as the primary school, the transition to group 1 is less significant and we ensure a continuous development line. The children are already familiar with the school and the environment. We prepare the children for their school time by working closely with the kindergarten classes, sharing common themes and regularly coming together to play. Toddlers who gain experience in toddler care/preschool start primary school with more confidence. Our toddler care offers Pre- and Early School Education (VVE). VVE is aimed at stimulating the (language) development of young children. Every child is welcome!
