Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf op eXpeditie in Heemskerk! We are a small-scale, green daycare located at Gounodstraat 11A. Our focus is on calm, space and natural development. We provide care for up to 16 children in one vertical group for ages 1 to 4. Our play area is bright and calm, furnished with sustainable toys made from natural materials. Children can fully express themselves in our adventurous outdoor garden, where they naturally engage with nature. We even have our own vegetable garden! At Kinderdagverblijf op eXpeditie we believe that being outdoors is essential for children's development. That's why we go on many outings and use natural products. We offer a fun, educational and relaxed daycare where every child gets the space to develop at their own pace. We are open every weekday from 6:45 AM to 5:45 PM, so parents can use our care flexibly. Both half and full days are possible. Our small scale creates a homely atmosphere where every child feels safe and seen. We pay a lot of attention to personal development and encourage children to discover, explore and learn from their own curiosity.
