Welcome to KDV Mirakel Kalfjeslaan, our daycare centre located at Kalfjeslaan 398 in Amsterdam. We provide care for up to 36 children aged 0 to 4 years, from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm. Our programme follows the "Toddler plus according to pyramid" approach, a pre-school educational method tailored to the world of young children. Our pedagogical staff give weekly music lessons to babies and toddlers. The children sing, dance and get to know different instruments. In addition, we organise gymnastics sessions for toddlers in which they develop their gross motor skills in a playful way. Activities are always age-appropriate: babies enjoy calm music and movement moments, while toddlers are offered more challenging games and sports exercises. The groups are arranged horizontally, so children of the same age play and develop together. We have an adventurous courtyard garden where the children can go outside every day. The spacious and bright group rooms are set up with different corners: a construction corner, a reading corner, a dolls’ corner and a craft corner. This allows every child to discover what makes them happy at their own pace. We offer both full-day and half-day care. Would you like to come and see for yourself?
