KDV Meesterlijk

Welcome to KDV Meesterlijk, located in the heart of community center De Som at Joseph Haydnlaan 5 in Hazerswoude-Rijndijk. As part of Junis Childcare, we provide daycare services for children aged 0 to 4 years in a warm, homely atmosphere at this special location. Our location is unique: we share the building with the local library, giving our children daily access to a wealth of books and reading moments. The spacious, bright rooms of De Som offer endless possibilities for discovery and play. We have our own art studio where children can express their creativity with various materials and techniques. Additionally, we have a special construction corner where children can build, stack, and create constructions that stimulate their imagination. Our discovery garden is a true paradise for curious children. Here they can run, cycle, play in the sandbox, and get to work in our outdoor kitchen. For the very youngest, we have set up a separate, safe corner so they can also enjoy the outdoors. We believe in the power of outdoor play and therefore also offer the possibility to sleep outdoors in our special outdoor sleeping areas. At KDV Meesterlijk, we work with vertical groups, where children of different ages play and learn together. This stimulates social development and ensures that older children learn to care for the younger ones and young children can mirror themselves to the older children. Our pedagogical staff guide this process with love and attention, with the well-being and development of each child being central. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. For parents who start earlier, there is the possibility to use our childcare from 07:00, please contact our customer service for this. Through the parent portal, you can easily request extra days when needed.
