Welcome to KSH Peuteropvang De Stelberg, located in Kindcentrum De Stelberg at Clazina Kouwenbergzoom 130 in Rotterdam-Prinsenland. We provide morning toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years, open daily from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Our space is designed with various play corners tailored to toddlers’ worlds: a home corner, reading corner and construction corner. At the table children can puzzle, draw or play with clay. We follow the VE-certified Uk & Puk programme. This programme offers ten themes that stimulate toddlers’ all-round development through play. Puk the puppet is the children’s constant playmate. We use language games, story time, arts and crafts, singing and movement to support development in every area, with special emphasis on language. Each child’s progress is closely monitored. When extra support is needed, our specifically trained pedagogical staff step in. Our toddler care is closed during school holidays and study days.
