Welcome to KDV Krisj Krasj Kresj at Smidspad 76a in Tilburg. Our approach is all about consciously observing and listening to children. We want to understand what occupies them and start from the uniqueness of every child. That is our core. Our site features two wonderful discovery gardens. At the front lies a water-play garden where children can splash and experiment. Behind the building stretches a large, green garden where they can let off steam completely. We go outside every day, with all ages together. Nature is our biggest teaching material: we consciously work with the seasons and use as many natural materials as possible to create atmospheric scenes. A special service is outdoor sleeping. In our safely enclosed outdoor cribs in the garden, children can doze off and fall asleep to the sound of birds and buzzing insects. We believe rest and fresh air are essential for healthy development. We also offer children’s yoga. This activity stimulates imagination and creativity and has a positive effect on relaxation, motor skills, self-confidence and concentration. The exercises are tailored to young children and fit perfectly into our natural, calm approach. KDV Krisj Krasj Kresj is a licensed daycare centre for up to 64 children aged 0 to 4. We provide a safe, homely environment in which every child is given the space to develop at his or her own pace.
