KPO Kindcentrum de Stappen

Welcome to KPO Kindcentrum de Stappen, located at Kloosterstraat 17 in the centre of Wouw. We are a day-care centre (KDV) for children aged 0-4 and part of the Catholic Primary Education Foundation Roosendaal (KPO). In our safe, homely setting we care for up to 48 children at a time. Our qualified staff provide warm, attentive care so that your child quickly feels at home. We use a horizontal group structure: babies (0-2 yrs) and toddlers (2-4 yrs) are in separate rooms, allowing us to tailor activities and care to each developmental stage. For babies we provide bottle feeding, nappy changes and quiet sleeping areas; for toddlers the focus is on learning through play, language development and independence. Half-day toddler care (4-hour sessions, 40 school weeks per year) is available from age 2. Opening hours are Monday-Friday 07:30-17:30. Drop-off is possible between 07:30-09:00 and 12:30-13:00; pick-up between 12:30-13:00 and 16:30-17:30. Extended care from 07:00 or until 18:30 is available for a small surcharge. All administration is handled digitally through our parent app Social Schools: report illness, request extra days or update details yourself. We operate a transparent service-hours system: when you cancel a scheduled day you receive service hours that can be used elsewhere within 90 days.
