Kombio

Welcome to Kombio, our organic childcare center located at Ridderbuurt 3A in Alphen aan den Rijn. Since September 2024, we have opened our doors for children aged 0 to 5 years. We have two groups with space for 12 children per group, allowing us to accommodate a total of 24 children. At Kombio, childcare and healthcare go hand in hand. Our team consists of nurses for medical care and pedagogical staff for childcare. We work according to the principles of the MISC program, using pictograms and supporting gestures in our fixed daily program. Our location features a large garden with natural play elements. Children can play in the gnome village while learning about the rabbits in our enclosure and the chickens that live with us. In our vegetable garden, we grow vegetables and fruits together with the children, introducing them to nature and the importance of organic food in a playful way. As an organic childcare center, sustainability and nature experience are central. We provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can grow and develop, guided by our expert team with both pedagogical and medical expertise.
