KDV KnuZ

Welcome to KDV KnuZ, our cosy yet lively daycare centre located at Grote Beukelaer 2 in the heart of Heino. We provide care for up to 78 children divided across three horizontal age groups: the Boefjes, the Kanjers and the Toppers. Each group has its own atmosphere and activities, perfectly tailored to your child’s stage of development. Our spacious, characterful building sits on a generous square complete with a real water pump where children can play endlessly. We have our own enclosed experience garden packed with challenges: a slide, swings, sandpit and plenty of room to run and explore. Whenever the weather allows, we enjoy outdoor naps; fresh air and rest under a gentle sun or a blanket of leaves. Inside, children are welcomed into a warm, colourful environment. We set up development-oriented corners where children can play, experiment and learn independently or together. The large play hall invites running, dancing and making music. We sing every day, craft with natural materials and read from richly illustrated books. Our permanent pedagogical staff guide the Uk & Puk VVE programme, playfully stimulating language, numeracy and social skills. For the very youngest we have separate sleeping rooms with cots and cribs. We change and feed on request; nappies and wipes are included. Bottle feeding is also lovingly provided. For toddlers and preschoolers we serve a healthy bread meal with fruit and drinks in between. We accommodate allergies and other dietary needs. In short, at KDV KnuZ children find a safe, challenging second home where they grow and flourish with pleasure. We look forward to welcoming you!
