Kinderwoud POV Bloei

Welcome to Kinderwoud POV Bloei, located in the heart of Terherne at the characteristic address Buorren 21. We are a small-scale toddler care facility where a maximum of eight children at a time find a safe and familiar place to play, grow and discover. As part of Kinderwoud, the childcare organization for all of Friesland, we join forces with primary school De Bloei. In one atmospheric classroom, toddler care and after-school care work together harmoniously, keeping lines short and ensuring every child is truly seen. Everything we do revolves around the development of toddlers aged 2 to 4. We provide preschool education (VVE) on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 08:30 to 12:30. These mornings are filled with fun, educational activities that connect with young children's world of experience. Through play, we work on language, motor skills, social skills and self-confidence. Our experienced pedagogical staff create a warm environment where every child feels safe to explore and try new things. The collaboration with primary school De Bloei makes our location special. Children become familiar with the school environment at an early age and build relationships with future teachers and classmates. This smooth transition from toddler care to primary education gives parents peace of mind and children confidence. We work in small, horizontal groups, ensuring plenty of individual attention for each child. Our location is small and manageable, just the way we like it. The short lines between parents, children and our team create a close-knit community where everyone knows each other.
