Kinderwoud KDV De Opstekker is a small-scale daycare centre located at Breewei 6A in the heart of Tijnje. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) under number 559489377 since 4 November 2024. We focus on the broad development of young children. We offer pre-school education (VE) to stimulate the development of all children in the group, including those who need extra support or are looking for additional challenges. With a VE indication, your child can attend extra sessions and receive targeted guidance. Our pedagogical staff work according to Kinderwoud's core values: Security, Individuality and Self-development. We create a safe and familiar environment where each child can develop at their own pace. Through small groups and personal attention, we know each child well and can respond to individual needs. Kinderwoud KDV De Opstekker is part of Kinderwoud Kinderopvang B.V., an organisation with more than 75 locations throughout Friesland. We work closely with primary school De Opstekker, which is housed in the same building. This allows children to get to know the school and its team from an early age, making the transition to primary school easier.
