Welcome to Kinderopvang Ikke De Beuken, located in a beautifully renovated villa at Kerkstraat 5 in Nijmegen. Our facility provides a warm and homely environment where children aged 0 to 4 years feel safe and at home. The villa is surrounded by a lovely green garden that invites play and discovery. At De Beuken, we work in horizontal groups, meaning children play together with peers of the same age. Our baby/toddler group is specially designed for children from 0 to 1.5 years, with space for up to 16 children, including a maximum of 8 babies. This arrangement ensures we can optimally meet each child's developmental stage. We highly value personal attention and a familiar environment. Therefore, we work with fixed pedagogical staff who build strong bonds with your child. Our approach is designed to give children space to grow and develop at their own pace. Children receive daily fresh, healthy meals that we prepare ourselves in our kitchen. We take allergies and special dietary requirements into account. For the youngest ones, we provide bottle feeding and adjustments according to their home feeding schedule. Our outdoor space is a paradise for curious children. Besides the safe playground, we also offer the opportunity to sleep outside in special outdoor cribs. This is done according to strict safety regulations and only in suitable weather. Inside, we have quiet sleeping areas where children can rest according to their own sleep rhythm. We work with the parent portal KidsKonnect, which keeps you as a parent informed about your child's development. There is daily personal contact during drop-off and pick-up, allowing us to shape your child's care together with you.
