Welcome to Kinderopvang Kroontjes Heerhugowaard! Our brand-new location at Beukenlaan 23-034 in the heart of Heerhugowaard recently opened its doors and we are thrilled to hear children’s voices fill the building again. We offer small-scale, professional and creative childcare for up to 32 children per day in one vertical group, where babies from 10 weeks and toddlers up to 4 years grow, play and learn together. Everything we do centres on warmth, trust and personal attention. In our close-knit group children learn from and with each other; the very youngest receive extra cuddles and quiet moments, while toddlers are challenged with age-appropriate activities. We follow a clear daily rhythm that reserves fixed moments for language, play and movement. For toddlers we offer a special programme that focuses on language development, social skills and independence. Think of cosy circle times, themed play and preparatory activities that already ease the transition to primary school. Our spacious, bright group room is arranged in different corners: a soft baby corner with cribs and cuddles, a creative table for clay and paint, a construction corner with Duplo and blocks, and a reading corner with picture books. We have a safe inner court where children can run, cycle and build sand castles to their heart’s content. When the weather is nice we eat outside and use our garden to explore nature. Nappies and wipes from Kruidvat are included, as are healthy snacks, fruit and drinks. For the very youngest we provide formula from Kruidvat; special dietary needs are happily discussed with you. Parents stay informed through our parent portal with photos, sleep and meal updates, and can easily request swap days or extra care. We always start with a careful settling-in period of two sessions, so that your child – and you – quickly feel at home.
