Kindercentrum Kids & Ko

Kids&Ko is a cosy, home-style daycare centre located at Aert van Neslaan 7 in Oegstgeest, just a short walk from the Lange Voort shopping centre. We provide care for up to 48 children aged 0 to 4 years and operate three groups, each tailored to the age and developmental stage of the children. The Mini’s is our baby group for children aged 0-2. We accommodate each child’s feeding needs—whether bottle or breast feeding, fruit, pieces of bread or a healthy snack. The room is calm and includes a separate sleep room where the youngest can rest safely. We use sensory-motor play to stimulate seeing, feeling and hearing through carefully chosen materials. The Koters is our toddler group for children aged 2-4. The space is arranged into play corners such as a doll corner, car corner and dress-up area, encouraging children to play and explore together. We offer a programme that matches their level of development. A separate sleep room is also available for afternoon naps. The Boefjes is a mixed-age group for children aged 0-4. Its strength lies in meeting and learning from one another regardless of age. The room is designed so that both the youngest babies and older toddlers can play and develop safely. Outside we have a large, fenced playground with a sandpit, play equipment and a cycling track. The youngest children have their own artificial-grass area for gentle play. We believe it is important for children to spend time outdoors every day to move around and enjoy fresh air. In every group we sit together at large tables to eat and drink. We value these shared moments just as much as play. Mealtimes are relaxed and sociable. Kids&Ko is part of FloreoKids, an organisation that believes in space for every child’s talent and involvement in the local community. We work from the principle that growing is something we do together.
