Kinderopvang Bamba location Breehorn is situated inside care home De Breehorn at Boven Westerdiep 86A in Veendam. We provide professional daycare for children aged 0 to 4 in a familiar and protected environment. At this location we operate two groups: the baby group ‘de Zonnetjes’ (0-2 years, 14 places) and the toddler group ‘de Dondersteentjes’ (2-4 years, 16 places). A separate 3+ group with 16 places will be added shortly. Each group has its own sleep room directly accessible from the group area. The spacious, cheerfully decorated rooms are bright and equipped with high-quality materials: high tables, tripp-trapp chairs, height-adjustable changing tables and safe playpens. For the youngest we provide lullababy rockers, a crib and a stroller. French doors open onto a large, enclosed garden full of play opportunities; the grounds are completely fenced with approved safety fencing. We follow a structured, safe and clean routine. Our experienced pedagogical staff guarantee warm care and offer a generous settling-in period. To support every child’s development optimally we use the VVE programme Piramide by CITO, a method also applied in many primary schools. Through play we stimulate language, motor skills and social abilities, always keeping the child’s world of experience at the centre. Kinderopvang Bamba is VE-certified, meets all requirements of the fire brigade, municipality, labour inspectorate and GGD, and thus delivers the quality you expect from us.
