Kindergarden Oisterwijk Burg. Verwielstraat

Welcome to Kindergarden Oisterwijk Burg. Verwielstraat, our daycare centre in the heart of Oisterwijk. We provide care for up to 72 children aged 0 to 4 years in a spacious, bright and peaceful building that used to serve as the local police station. When parents first walk in, you often hear them say: 'Wow! It's so beautiful, spacious and bright.' And that's before they've even seen our large, quietly located garden. Our close-knit and enthusiastic team consists of experts who personally guide every parent. We answer questions, give practical tips and actively think along with you as a new parent. For example, we love to explain why we have a hanging crib in one of our baby groups and why your child receives that individual attention on our lap that he or she needs. We work with horizontal groups: separate baby groups, toddler groups and preschool groups. This allows us to optimally follow and stimulate each child's development. All children, from babies to toddlers, we help to become independent. We look exactly at what your child needs: picking fruit themselves, helping to set the table, scooping their own food or getting their own broom and dustpan to clean something up. The toddler plus group starts the morning with a circle moment. A nice moment to say good morning to each other and go through the day together. Outside we have a special toddler garden and a separate section where the very youngest can move around safely and enjoy the fresh air. In our vegetable garden we sow, care for and harvest cucumbers, tomatoes, strawberries and raspberries together with the children. We can hardly harvest the latter, as they are gobbled up by the children straight away. Our in-house after-school care (BSO) prepares healthy snacks and shares them with us. They also read aloud in the baby group! Together we create a warm, safe environment in which your child can develop optimally.
