Welcome to Kindergarden Nijmegen Postweg, located in the characteristic monumental villa Geldersch Hof at Postweg 50 in the green Kwakkenberg district. Our daycare center accommodates 84 children aged 0 to 4 years and has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since April 30, 2018, under number 448284583. Our focus is on creating a safe, homely environment where your child can develop optimally. Our baby groups feature special hanging cradles where the youngest can get used to the sounds and smells of the group in a protected environment. For our toddlers and preschoolers, the emphasis is on stimulating independence. We have a unique sleeping studio where preschoolers learn to sleep independently on their own mattress in a fixed spot. Upon waking, they may walk to the group themselves and get dressed - small steps towards independence that we lovingly guide. Our location boasts beautiful, extensive gardens both at the front and back of the building. The baby groups even have their own adjacent garden where the youngest can safely enjoy the fresh air. For older children, there's plenty of space to play in our bamboo groves or cycle on the special course. With the forest around the corner, we regularly take nature walks, allowing children to playfully discover the natural environment. We work with different age groups (horizontal groups) to optimally track and stimulate each child's development. Our pedagogical staff are specially trained to recognize and support the unique needs of babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Daily, we offer various activities such as making music, crafting, reading aloud, and gardening, always tailored to the child's age and developmental stage. Our opening hours are Monday through Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. We offer both full and half-day care, allowing us to flexibly respond to your childcare needs. All necessary care products such as diapers, wipes, and care products are included with us. For meals, we provide daily healthy bread meals and fresh fruit, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements.
