Kindergarden Amersfoort Bergstraat

Welcome to Kindergarden Bergstraat in Amersfoort! Our daycare center is located in the Bergkwartier neighborhood, near the city center, yet wonderfully peaceful. We are housed in a characteristic mansion from the early 20th century. The bright, spacious and atmospheric rooms are a delight for your child. For the youngest we have created quiet play areas. In the baby groups, children aged 0 to 2 can play and relax. They can choose from our black-and-white corner, reading corner, kitchen unit, large play mat or mirror with sensory tiles. The toddler and preschool groups often work in smaller groups, allowing us to carry out activities with greater focus and attention. In our creative studio we offer different craft materials than in the group rooms, such as magic sand. Our garden offers plenty of opportunities. There is a sheltered baby corner, bamboo bushes to hide in, a bicycle track and planter boxes where we grow herbs and flowers together. We dance and move to music. Preschoolers take part daily in the interactive movement program ‘Friends call me Jim’. Based on characters and magical stories, we stimulate imagination and experience. We work with horizontal groups: 2 baby groups (0-2 years), 1 toddler group (1-3 years) and 2 preschool groups (2-4 years). Every day we serve a fresh, warm lunch and baby meals. Diapers, wipes and care products are included. Formula and pacifiers are also provided. Through the parent portal you stay involved throughout the day.
