Welcome to Kinderdagverblijf Tembo at Vechtstraat 13 in Groningen. In our homely, warm and safe environment we provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4. With small groups and lots of individual attention, our dedicated pedagogical staff ensure every child can develop at their own pace. Our Vechtstraat location is easily accessible and offers a safe place where children feel at home. We believe in calm, structure and space for play and discovery – both indoors and outdoors. Daily we use our garden for outdoor play and exploring nature. The interior is calm and natural, without loud colors, so children are not overstimulated. Care and nutrition are taken seriously. We provide a daily warm, healthy lunch by Apetito, with attention to allergies and dietary needs. Additionally we offer responsible snacks and drinks throughout the day. For the youngest we provide bottle feeding and use care products from brands like Koeka. Parents stay involved through our parent portal in Kindplanner. Here you can register and deregister your child, exchange messages with our pedagogical staff, view photos and invoices. We find open communication and cooperation with parents essential for the child's well-being. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. Flexible childcare options are negotiable.
