Welcome to childcare centre ’t Kölleke. For 12 years we have been providing small-scale, homely childcare in the heart of Middelrode for children aged 0 to 4. We are proud of the warm atmosphere we create and experience the joy of being together with the children every single day. By continuously developing ourselves we ensure that ’t Kölleke remains a successful place for every child. Life is one big voyage of discovery for children. Our day-care centre is a safe, familiar playground where we practise together for the big world. We make sure your child has fun with other children and finds a place in the group, so that your son or daughter can later explore the outside world with confidence. Our toddler care focuses on the unique development of toddlers. Toddlers prefer to do everything ‘themselves’, which makes them a special group to work with. We fully encourage the discovery of their own abilities. In a playful way we give them the skills they will need as preschoolers. We use the ’t Kölleke Parent Portal: a digital communication platform through which we personally inform parents about their child’s care. With the accompanying app you can easily request extra days, swap days or report holidays. You receive daily reports and photos of the group’s activities.
