Welcome to 't Eerste Stapje daycare, located at Correljéstraat 1a in the heart of Callantsoog. We provide a warm, safe second home for children aged 0 to 4 years. Within child center De Walvis, we share our location with the preschool and after-school care, allowing children to seamlessly transition within one familiar environment. Our small-scale care facility accommodates a maximum of 16 children, divided into vertical groups where children of different ages play and learn together. This stimulates social development and creates a homely atmosphere where every child feels seen and valued. Our permanent team of qualified pedagogical staff knows each child personally and tailors guidance to individual needs. We work with the VVE program Uk and Puk, where our cuddly toy Puk is part of the daily program. Through circle time, reading, crafts and play activities, we stimulate language, motor and social development. Daily outdoor activities in our beautiful garden or walks using the pushcart in Callantsoog's natural surroundings are part of our routine. Our location provides a valuable continuum to OBS Frankendael primary school, located just 146 meters away. This ensures a smooth transition to elementary school when your child outgrows the toddler age. We offer flexible opening hours and care options, including half-days, allowing you as a parent to optimally combine work and family life.
